Brendan Rodgers sends ‘clear’ message to Arsenal about replacing Unai Emery

The Leicester City manager is one of the candidates to replace Unai Emery following Arsenal’s decision to sack the Spaniard last week. Freddie Ljungberg has been brought in by the Gunners as an interim manager, while speculation has linked Rodgers with a move away from Leicester before the end of the season. But the 46-year-old is adamant that he will not be ditching Leicester any time soon. ‘Yeah, the message is clear and it has been and probably I’ll get asked again until they appoint someone, but it’s very simple. I’m very happy here,’ said Rodgers.
